====== Browser Troubleshooting ====== If you are having trouble accessing a part of our web site or the [[myhealthrecord]], try these troubleshooting tips. If you are still having trouble, send an email to and include a detailed description of your problem. ===== Google Chrome ===== Clearing the cache in the Google Chrome browser: - At the top right, click **More**. - Click **More Tools > Clear Browsing Data**. - At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select //All Time//. - Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. - Click **Clear Data**. ===== Mozilla Firefox ===== Clearing all cookies, site data, and cache in Mozilla Firefox: - Click the **Menu** button and select **Options**. - Select the **Privacy & Security** panel and go to the //Cookies and Site Data// section. - Click the **Clear Data...** button. The //Clear Data// dialog will appear. - Check the **Cookies and Site Data** (to remove login status and site preferences) and **Cached Web Content** (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) options. - Click **Clear**. ===== Microsoft Edge ===== To clear the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge: - Click on the **Menu** button situated in the upper right corner. - Click on **Settings**. - Under **Clear browsing data**, click on **Choose what to clear**. - Check the boxes next to **Cookies and saved website data** and **Cached data and files**. - Click on **Clear**. ===== Safari on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch ===== To clear the history and cookies from Safari: - To clear your history and cookies, go to **Settings > Safari**, and tap **Clear History and Website Data**. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari will not change your AutoFill information. - To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to **Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data**, then tap **Remove All Website Data**.
