Podiatry

Podiatry is the treatment of the feet and their ailments. Podiatric medicine is a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis, and medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower extremity. At Pines Health Services Podiatry, we treat the patient, not just the foot. What this means is we consult with your primary care provider and then provide a comprehensive podiatric exam to decide what course of action is best for you.

Dr. Farina was the Chief Resident in one of the nation’s largest Podiatric Surgery Residency programs at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, a 350-bed teaching hospital located in the Wyckoff Heights section of Brooklyn, New York. There, in addition to training in all facets of Podiatric Surgery, he also provided surgical and medical management of chronic lower extremity wounds and infections. As a surgical specialist he is not only able to diagnose and manage general podiatric services, he is experienced in forefoot surgery, as well as reconstructive rear foot, and ankle surgery.
