Prescription Refills
Please contact your pharmacy to request all prescription medication refills and allow 48 hours for prescription refills to be processed. The electronic systems in place at area pharmacies communicate directly with the Pines electronic medical record system to alert your provider that a refill has been requested and needs to be authorized.
Many area pharmacies offer the convenience of filling certain prescriptions for longer periods of time, saving you multiple trips to the pharmacy and the added expense of multiple co-pays for your medications. Some pharmacies also offer a mail-order option, enabling you to receive your prescription medication conveniently delivered right to your home. If you have any questions about these options for obtaining or paying for your medications, please contact our Prescription Assistance Coordinators. They will be more than happy to help!

Even if the bottle states “NO REFILLS LEFT” on the label, the pharmacy will contact your Pines provider regarding your request.
Your Pines provider will review the request and may have a member of our Pines team contact you to come in for an appointment.
