Medical Office Specialist

Pines Health Services has two immediate openings for Medical Office Specialists in the Caribou area. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of PHS, modeling the values and culture while delivering exceptional patient care. The position requires individual to schedule patients, answer phones, scan medical charts into the electronic medical record, receive payments, and route patients for Pines Dental. Position may be responsible for assisting the supervisor and hygienist with stocking rooms, and ordering supplies, Qualified individuals must have a high degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and initiative, and must exhibit excellent communication skills. The successful applicant should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous dental office experience preferred.
